The main dish is composed of copious sliced breads of country made on the spot from fresh produce directly from the producers. It can be :

-- Sliced bread of "Foie gras" : foie gras from "Biraben" , chutney mango , , pepper , quail eggs , sweet savoury sauce , oignon confit 1,50 euros more for this sliced bread "Foie gras "

or

-- Sliced bread vegetarian with cooked season vegetables or

-- sliced bread " basquaise " with "pipérade " , ham ,cheese , egg or

-- sliced bread of smoked trout and other choices depending the moment

Then a lot of choice of pastry : lemon pie , panacotta etc.
