Two Laps and a Buffet
Two laps of Lac de Laroin, +/- 8.6Kms with an elevation of 4m over the entire length. Then lunch at an Asian all-you-can-eat buffet, if you so wish. Open to all ;)

We meet at 10:00 ish at the parking space in front of
IKTUS, Chemin Passerelle, 64110 Laroin
Then we do two laps of Lac de Laroin
Which is approximately 8.6Kms with an elevation of 4m over the entire length.
Then a quick drive (3 mins) to an Asian (Chinese, Japanese, Indian etc) buffet restaurant
