9K and it will not be the circle as per the No 17 Le Sentier du Gave because the second half is all hard top through recent housing and rather uninteresting. My suggestion is that we snack/picnic in Siros in a cute area designed to keep the heat or rain off of visitors, and this after approximately 4.5K and visit the uniquely pretty church there. The return to Denguin will be retracing our steps on a lovely path which approaches the Gave but is not right at the river side. (the full circuit is also an option if the group desires!)
