Conscious movement is practiced all over the world, including many other regions of France! People who come want to feel freedom in expression, a deeper connection into their bodies, to sweat and have a good time. The environment is safe and supported.
Conversation stops with our mouths and begins with the body, no shoes and a large selection of music are essential elements of the environment. Everyone follows their own path in motion and as a whole we create a single dance, the union of our diversity.
Erin Whitley, your teacher, has 20 years of experience in teaching and training in conscious movement around the world.
