An old favorite route of around 2 hours/9kms, uphill to start with, on roads. Picnic spot if weather is good. Meeting opposite the school in the middle of the village, not far from the Marie. Leader: Ann

Coteau de Narcastet. Meeting place: Parking on the right, entering the village of Narcastet from Assat (left if you’re coming from Pau side). Around 9 kms, approx 2 hours, uphill to start, on roads. 10am as usual. Picnic spot if weather good.
